Email Alerts on Events of Interest to CVIII

CVIII’s Property Management Office has an email list for CVIII owners and residents to provide information on events and what is happening elsewhere in our community.  If you would like sign up for this service, please send your email address, name and unit number to the following email address: cv3updates@gmail.com.

Parking Stickers for the Private Lot

Parking permit stickers for CVIII's lot are issued in April and are effective for one year. If you are new to the community, either call the office or stop by and fill out an application form. Application forms can be emailed back to the office along with a copy of your drivers license and vehicle registration to save you time. CVIII's property management office is located at 1903 Key Blvd., ground floor right side of the building if you prefer to bring the application in person. Tenants must bring a copy of their lease as well if not already on file.
