All Board of Directors meetings are held at 5:30 PM on the 4th Monday of each month in CVIII’s Property Management Office located at 1903 Key Boulevard. Next meetings are:

Email Alerts on Events of Interest to CVIII

CVIII’s Property Management Office has started an email list for CVIII owners and residents to provide them with information on events in Colonial Village III and what is happening elsewhere in our community.  If you would like sign up for this service, please send your email address, name and unit number to the following email address: cv3updates@gmail.com.

2019-2020 Parking Stickers

2019-2020 parking permit stickers for CVIII's lot were issued in April. If you are new to the community, stop by the management office and fill out an application form. Application forms can be emailed to be filled out in advance to save you time or follow this link to download  a copy of the parking lot regulations. CVIII's property management office is located at 1903 Key Blvd. Please complete the application form and bring it along with your vehicle’s state registration form and your operator's permit when you go to pick up your 2019-2020 sticker. Tenants must bring a copy of their lease as well.
