We are the condominiums of historic Colonial Village in Arlington, Virginia. Situated on more than 50 rolling acres, our colonial revival-style red brick buildings are linked by a series of picturesque courtyards and gardens. 

TRASH

  • Trash is removed every day except Sundays; Recycle pick up is Tuesday and Friday

  • Bulk trash is removed 1st business day of every month at curbside; watch for flyers in the hallway and via email on months where the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend

    • Place items curbside no earlier than 1 days prior to the 1st business day of the month

    • Construction debris and hazardous material is strictly prohibited from bulk trash removal

  • Recyclables: Plastics 1-7, glass bottles, cans, mixed paper, and cardboard. Cardboard boxes should be broken down and flattened

  • Toxic or hazardous materials – may be dropped off at HHM facility, 530 South 31st street on Saturdays 9-3 or weekdays by appointment. Call 703-228-6832

  • Don’t trash Compact Florescent Light bulbs (CFLs) – they contain mercury! Recycle your (CFL) at Recycling locations: Courthouse Plaza Library, Central Library, Aurora Hills Library, Solid Waste Bureau, HHM facility, and Home Depot
